Alpenglow Sparkling Cider is made by Linden Beverage, a family-owned business located in the beautiful Shenandoah Valley of Virginia. Ben R. Lacy III, president, fulfilled a lifetime dream when he, along with his wife and stepchildren, created the business in the early eighties.
Lacy first developed a real fondness for the effervescent, non-alcoholic drink that his father, Dr. Ben R. Lacy, had spoken of so often, while attending Oxford. Today, after growing apples for more than 50 years, Lacy has the desire and knowledge necessary to create an award-winning beverage.
Using fresh-pressed apples and grapes, Alpenglow makes five delicious varieties of sparkling cider. These ciders do not contain any alcohol, preservatives, or added sugar.
American Classic Tea, the only tea grown in America, is produced 20 miles south of Charleston, South Carolina, deep in the South Carolina Lowcountry, on the subtropical sea island of Wadmalaw. Just minutes from the majestic homes along the Battery and other sights of Charleston, a unique heritage is maintained that began in 1799 when a French botanist brought the first tea plants to America.
In 2003, American Classic Tea was purchased by Bigelow Tea. Bigelow grows and cultivates tea on the property, and produces the Plantation's American Classic Tea brand for your enjoyment. In the spirit of proper representation of the property, it is now known as the Charleston Tea Gardens.
